Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the MedClino platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing MedClino (a product of Maityos), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific programs in which you may elect to participate.

2. License and Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, MedClino grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make use of the MedClino software suite for internal hospital management purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computers and devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your patient data and hospital records. MedClino claims no ownership over your proprietary data.

5. Service Availability

For Cloud Edition users, we strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA. However, we do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Local Edition users are responsible for their own hardware and network uptime.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MedClino and Maityos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
